The clerk puts the phone back down. "They'll be right here for your bags. In the meantime..." He turns his attention back to his computer. "I have you booked for four cabanas on the beach with a shared patio and hot tub."

He picks up a piece of paper and lays it on the raised ledge closer to them. "The nearest pool is here" - he draws a circle around one of the pools on the map of the resort - "and of course you have direct beach access."

He goes through the map of the rest of the resort, pointing out the restaurants, the spas, a couple of bars, and a few other points of interest before he offers them the map. "Let me get you your keys."
